Inside Your Session
Expect a 30 -minute warm, personalised styling experience with Palak, starting with a short questionnaire and followed by a dedicated one-on-one session where you explore silhouettes, drapes, and textiles that suit you best. After the session, you’ll receive a customized lookbook with recommendations to help you find a drape that feels natural, flattering, and true to your style.

1. How long does each session last?
Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes.
2. Is the session virtual or in-person?
You can choose either. We offer both virtual and in-person options at our stores.
3. What is the consultation fee?
The consultation fee is INR 21,000 (excluding taxes). Full details are shared upon booking.
4. Can I bring a friend or family member?
Yes, one guest can accompany the client for the session.
5. What happens if I want to reschedule or cancel?
We’re happy to reschedule, provided we’re informed at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment.
For cancellations, please inform us 3 days in advance. If cancellation is made less than 3 days prior, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
6. How many times can I reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule up to two times. If you exceed this limit, your appointment will be considered cancelled and the booking fee will not be refunded.
7. Are there blackout dates?
Yes. Any unavailable dates will be clearly marked on the calendar, you can select from the available slots.
8. What happens if Ekaya cancels or needs to reschedule?
You will be offered a fresh set of dates and may reschedule to whatever works best for your schedule. No additional fee will be charged.
9. Will I get a full refund if Ekaya cancels?
Yes. If the session is cancelled by Ekaya, a full refund will be issued.
