Shipping & Returns

General Information

  • Delivery Timeline: All our products are handwoven. Both domestic and international orders may take up to 3–4 weeks for delivery, subject to product availability. For expedited delivery, please contact us at +91 9560467124 or email us at info@ekaya.in.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Domestic: ₹500 on all orders.
    • International: ₹3,000 on all orders.
    • Free Shipping:
      • Domestic: On orders above ₹5,000.
      • International: On orders above ₹50,000.
  • Customs and Duties: Orders are subject to customs and duty charges, payable by the recipient. You may be requested to pay duty charges prior to the exportation of your order from India by our delivery agent.

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic (India)

  • Eligibility:
    • Request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • Items must be in original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.
    • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Process:
    1. Contact our customer care team at info@ekaya.in with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
    2. Once your request is approved, we will email you the return notes and labels.
    3. Our delivery representatives will pick up the goods along with the provided documents. Please ensure items are properly packed for pickup.
  • Refunds: The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or we will issue a credit note which can be used to purchase another product.
  • Exceptions:
    • No returns or exchanges on items purchased during the sale period.
    • Customized products and fabrics once cut from the thaan cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Saris finished with fall and hemming will not be returned or exchanged.

International

  • Eligibility:
    • Request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Process:
    1. Email our customer care team at info@ekaya.in with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
    2. Once your return request is approved, we will share the necessary return instructions, including the return authorization and invoice.
    3. Carefully repack the item(s) and ship the parcel to the return address provided. Address: D7, Defence Colony, New Delhi 110024
  • Shipping Costs: Customers outside of India are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes incurred.
  • Recommendations: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ekaya is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Exchanges: Subject to availability and will only be processed once the original item is received and inspected.
